We are a stable and reliable company with more than 20 years of experience in the field of comprehensive services for buildings and interiors from A to Z. BIM
We are a team that masters BIM at a professional level. We model buildings down to the last detail, prevent errors and connect all professions into one functional unit. The result? Faster, more accurate and more efficient implementation.
What does this mean in practice?
3D model – shows the exact appearance of the building (architecture, construction, installations, surfaces).
Information database – each element (window, door, beam, cabling, etc.) has assigned technical parameters (dimensions, materials, price, energy efficiency, service life, etc.).
Collaboration between professions – architects, designers, structural engineers, electricians and building and maintenance professionals work on one shared model, which reduces errors and collisions.
Construction life cycle – BIM is not only used during design, but also during construction, management and maintenance of the facility (so-called facility management).
